Robert N. Forseth is a founding member of Rural Access to Justice (RAJ). Prior to founding RAJ, Robert worked for Werner, Johnson & Hendrickson, SC for 5 years. In private practice, Attorney Forseth was engaged in a general law practice, acquiring experience in several different areas of the law, with a primary focus on estate planning, probate, and real estate transactions.
Robert graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley School of Law, with an emphasis on Constitutional Law. During his time in law school, Robert completed a one semester externship with the Waupaca County District Attorney’s office. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Stevens Point with majors in Political Science (Pre-Law) and Social Science.
Robert is active in the community. He has been an active member of the Waupaca Lions Club since 2013, for which he has served as the Tail Twister, Vice President, and current President of the local club. Robert is also a founding and active member of the Badger’s Den Brewing Club, where he has served as President and is currently serving as Secretary.
Amanda C. Forseth is also a founding member of RAJ.
Amanda attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2020. Prior to attending law school, Amanda obtained a Master's degree in sociology from Western Michigan University in 2014.
Amanda worked as a paralegal and as a teaching and research assistant while completing her graduate studies.
Amanda was a member of the Waupaca Lioness Club prior to its dissolution, and she has served as a volunteer for the Waupaca High School concession stand.
