Reverend Arturo Vigueras has three Master of Arts degrees in Philosophy, Religion and Legal Studies, and Divinity. Currently, Father Vigueras serves as Associate Pastor at Holy Family Catholic Church in Arcadia, WI. While he completed his education, Father Vigueras spent his time helping in the Bayview area Parishes working with people from different backgrounds and stages of life as part of his training for the priesthood. Beside spending his free time helping with different projects for RAJ, Father Vigueras enjoys reading different works of literature and spending time with friends and family.
Reverend Richard Bidwell has a Master of Divinity from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. Rev. Bidwell has also completed clinical CPE at the University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics. Rev. Bidwell has spent his career as a parish pastor in various communities in Wisconsin. He and his wife, Kathy, are retired and deeply involved in community groups in Waupaca. Rev. Bidwell is currently President of the Winchester Academy, a life-long learning academy based on the Scandinavian Folk School model.
Mr. Walter lives in the Waupaca area with his family, and he is heavily involved with many political and charitable organization in the Waupaca community.
Mr. Maglior served as a social worker for Waupaca County prior to retiring. He is active in various Waupaca-based community organizations.
Robert N. Forseth is a practicing attorney with nine years of experience. Attorney Forseth has worked in private practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, and general practice. Attorney Forseth graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley School of Law with an emphasis on Constitutional Law. He interned with the Waupaca County District Attorney’s office prior to graduating. Attorney Forseth is an active member of the Waupaca Lions Club and enjoys spending his time in service to the community.
Amanda C. Forseth is a founding member of Rural Access to Justice (RAJ). Amanda currently serves as a board member of RAJ and has previously served as Secretary and Treasurer. Amanda graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law with a Juris Doctor. She also received a Master of Arts degree in sociology from Western Michigan University. Amanda was a member of the Waupaca Lioness Club and regularly participates in community service projects. Amanda enjoys baking and donating her baked goods to various shelters.
